VB6 migtation to 2003 or 2005

We will need to migrate a select few apps to VB.Net. At this point the schedule is quite flexible. Any opinions as to whether we
should start now with VB.Net 2003 or wait for VB2005?

You could download the Visual Studio 2005 Beta from Microsoft and start
migrating now. I'm sure that when Microsoft finalise it that there won't be
much changed.

Yes! Second half of 2005. That could be anywhere from July 1 to December 31st. I was hoping someone could maybe narrow it down
somewhat. If it's going to be December, I may need to start with 2003. If it's July, I may wait.

I guess the bottom line is that no one knows.

I doubt that it will ship in July. Note that Beta 2 has been published some
days ago and Microsoft will get a lot of feedback on this beta version.
