VB2005 Combobox w/ Checkmarks and Multiple Columns

I've been looking around for a couple hours now to see if its possible
to implement a combobox in BV2005 that also supports checkboxes and
multiple columns. What I am envisioning is a filter box like the one
you see in Excel 2007. The only one Ive seen was built for VB2008. Any
help appreciated.
