VB Scripting Support

I have an instruction to configure our corporate installations of IE6sp1
with "VB Scripting Support". I have searched all over the web and through
the Internet Options within IE itself and can't find anything which looks
relevant -

Tools | Internet Options | Security | Custom Level

The scripting options apply to both VBScript and JavaScript.
