I sthere a way that you can have an embedded username and password form in
your database. So that it can be integrated with the look of the database.
This is instead of the security settings already supplied with Access?

Any help appreciated

Only if you build your own security model. For a professional, or an
experienced user, almost all home built security attempts are easily
defeated.
