I have to convert a big vb.net code to C#. Is there an automated way to do
that?

"Instant C#" is the best I've seen - it's much more accurate than
anything else I've seen. There are a few minor tweaks you'll have to
make and it doesn't handle classic VB6-style error handling
conversion (just comments it out with warnings), but if you've got
decent VB.NET code it's awesome!
