VB.Net Resource Kit Error

Me to You

I downloaded the latest VB.Net Resource Kit from MS. When I try to install
it, I keep getting the following error.....
"unknown error (0x800xcc810) cannot create virtual directory
VB.NETResourceKit" <path>

It doesn't matter what the the path is I've drive C: & D: but still get the
error.

Anyone have an answer or 3?
