vb.net project file retrieval

I create a project/application in vb.net (like "Hello World") and save it but when I try to open it by clicking on he project file folder, I only get other subfiles and then nothing. The project does not reopen. This can't be this diffiicult

Bill,

Have you tried double-clicking the solution file, the one with the .sln
extension?
