VB.NET Appbar example?

Does anyone know of a VB.NET example of an appbar? I have found a few
examples of appbars for VB6 but I'd like a VB.NET example so that it
exploits the latest code tricks if any. I've found a C# version too but
again, I'd like to get a VB.NET example under my belt.

There's no place like 127.0.0.1.

ASCII a silly question, get a silly ANSI.
