vb.net 2003 datagrid col. freeze

hi guys i am new to vb.net 2003 and have this prob. i have a datagrid which shows the following
budget code in col. no 1
budget name in col. no 2
and then from col. no 3 onwards it shows the days i.e. from Day01 To the end of the month

now my prob. is that i would like to freeze the first 2 cols. of the datagrid so that the user is able to see the budget name which he/she is entering for

i am using vb.net 2003 and datagrid
can someone pls. help me out with this prob. pls....
