VB : How Can I do the protocol "POST"?

I use msxml to currently "POST", but there is no msxml library for th
mac so I cannot use it. How can I "POST" without using msxml
 
I know nothing about macs and very little about using 'POST'. There
are a few hits in Google searching for QueryTable and PostText that
provide some info. The VBE help is limited. I have written a few Web
Queries in Excel using this format, but my knowledge is limited.
