Various sizes

Is there a way of standardizing once and for all times the size of
presentation on opening of various items, such as My Documents, Computer,
CDs? If there is, how do I do it?

The answer is definitely "No", whatever you hear or read here and there.
Vista's explorer is bugged for this one. It should be corrected in Vista
SP1, or 2? 3? '?
