Various Print Options

I have a file that tracks performance daily: sunday, mondy, tue, etc.
But if i have all the days open then it doesn't have enough room to print on
legal. so i need to hide some of the days....i only have enough room for 3
days. some people will want sun, mon, sat....others may want thr, fri, sat.
what is the best way to give them these options?... a macro?...a menu of
some sort? i am at loss...need to keep it simple as there are so many users
of this file.
Any help or advice is much appreciated.

Consider using Excel's "Custom Views" feature. Search Help for info.

In Excel 2003, choose View | Custom Views.

In Excel 2007, Custom Views is in the Workbook Views section of the View
ribbon.
