Necesitaria recuperar todos los contactos y direcciones de mi anterior pc,
el problema es que se ha deteriorado por una tormenta y no se como podría
recuperar todas las direcciones de correo electrocnio para agregar a este
nuevo pc.
Anteriormente abria con outlook espress y mi direccion de correo era la
misma.
Si es posible recuperar las direcciones quedariamos muy agradecidos por su
ayuda.

Sorry, my spanish is good enough to read your post but not to reply with it.
It might help to know what OS's you had on your new and old pc. Are you
moving your mail from an XP to Vista computer (OE to WM)? the usual way to
move your contacts under that scenario is to export your windows address book
(wab) under various formats given such as a csv file. Then import your
contacts in WM from the exported file. If you're just trying to recover
damaged files from one pc to another then the windows address book files has
your contacts in it.
