Vanishing Message

Earlier today I posted a question about a problem I am having with my monitor.

I have since received an email update, notifying me of a response to my
question. I tried following the Link in my email, but I cannot see either my
message or the response.

Can someone explain why I can't find my question: "Vista Update Causing
Split-Screen Problem"?

You are having difficulties because this isn't a forum; it's a web
interface to Usenet newsgroups and it's horrible. You will get far more
out of this resource if you learn to use a newsreader. There are many
good newsreaders for Windows, but you can use Windows Mail since you
already have it. IIRC, Windows Mail is already configured to subscribe
to the MS newsgroups but for exact information put "newsgroups" into the
