All of a sudden can't access control panel. Get
msg "C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe not found". Tried
to go to online help, but when I tried to access the help
center from start menu to get Product ID #,
Msg: "helpctr.exe not found".

Run the system file checker it should replace rundll32.ex
