VALIDATION RULES

I WANT TO SET UP A VALIDATION RULE THAT APPLIES ONLY TO A SPECIFIC COLUMN (INSTEAD OF ENTIRE WORKSHEET), AND ALLOWS DUPLICATE DATA TO BE ENTERED ONLY ONCE.

PLS HELP ME!
