Validation rule in field properties

Thanks Brother Douglas, however it is still the same I
actually put it >=200 And <=20000 but it does not accept
any entry either Min,within or Max. Could you tell what is
the main problem? Thanks
 
"=200 and <= 20000" should work.
Or you can try "between 200 and 20000".
