Validate Outlook

My Outlook 2003, which I purchased at Staples a number of years ago, is now
being called not genuine. Can I revalidate my product without removing &
reinstalling? I have the disk but worry about losing data, settings, etc.
When I try to validate from withing the program, it says it's already
validated. Any suggestions, short of reinstalling? Is it possible my
program from Staples is not valid?? Thank you,

Where do you get the "Not Genuine" notice? With these kind of notices it is
always best to contact Microsoft directly.

Happy to report that after wandering around different MS sites and looking
at
suggested links and trying to figure out what was wrong, I called
Microsoft
and the service was EXCELLENT. The service tech/rep was polite, helpful
and
fixed my problem!! I did not wait too long to speak w/a person & it took
well over an hour to fix my problem...he renamed a corrupted data file
(easy
for him!). And there was no question of a charge to me!! WOW!! Just to
let
folks know how great the service was ... as I'm as quick as the rest to
complain when unhappy.!
