Vacation/Sick Time

Has anyone used Access to track vaction and sick time? I was using an excel
spreadsheet to track this, before I knew it I had several tabs. I would like
to use Access, but I have not used it before.
 
I've created a basic three table database for it. It is simple and
normalized. But I haven't created the queries yet.

What are you trying to do?
