Since a vCard is nothing more than a text file with a .vcf extension, you would need to delete that file. Somehow, though, I think there's more to your question and the answer than that. Maybe you can fill in the details for us.
I am having a similar problem. I tried several times to create a vcf card by
editing it and saving it. Outlook keeps adding a new version of the vcf in a
dropdown box, appending my email to the last one that I created. Now that I
finally have the version that looks correct, it's called
'myname([email protected])([email protected])([email protected]). All of this
happened because I'd open a VCF file and try to save it, and my saves don't
seem to be applied.
Plus I have all of these extra vcf entries in outlook. When I search for
vcf files, I only have the one VCF file that I can't change.
