V-Card attachment "Activities Tab" Shows all of my E-mail... I feel this is a security issue and
I have not been able to find a way of eliminating this E-mail population. I have all of the latest patches.

Relax. It's showing you *your* email messages. When the other person
receives your vCard, it will show them *their* email messages. A vCard
attachment is just a text file. You can check this for your self by saving
it and opening it in Notepad.
