UUEncode/Decode

Does anyone know if there is a UUEncode/UUDecode function availible to
Asp/VB.NET? I've seen a VisualC++ ATL with this functionality and thought
there might be something similar in .NET

I don't think there's any built-in functionality, but you could use a 3rd
party component:

The C# code looks good, thanks. My aim in general is to decode email
attachements, so I guess I need a Base-64 decoder also, among other things.

For Base64 you can use the Convert class and the FromBase64String() and
ToBase64String().
