I use this one

RmEmpty v1.2 by Douglas Good
Freeware

"This program searches folders given on the command line for empty
directories, and
removes them. Directories containing files are not removed, and no
files are deleted.
The search is always recursive. Multiple folders can be specified on
the command line."

Another good one. Thanks Patrick. Probably go with this one as it has the
GUI.

RmEmpty 1.2 from Douglas Good RMEMP12.ZIP. Can't rwemember where I
downloaded, but Google should find it. It's a console app - In a
DOSPrompt/CmdPrompt Window type RmEmpty DriveLetter:\FolderName or Just
DriveLetter:\
