Utility to determine network traffic

Is there a utility that you know of that will tell me if
there is a lot of network traffic coming from one of my
clients?

I have a Win 2000 small business server and when it is
connected to the network the performance will start to
slow down and after about 10 min. it will be so slow you
can not do anything locally or from any workstation.

You can use Network Monitor to sniff the traffic.

You can also use netstat to see what connections you have going and your
TCP/IP Statistics
