usrbridg.exe Error

As I was attempting to clean up some things off my pc I
deleted some device from the computer thinking that the
PNP will just recognize it when I restart the system. Now
I keep on getting a usrbridg.exe has encountered an error
whenever I start and I cannot find any information on it.
Any ideas?

Really? Using "usrbridg.exe" as the search term in Google tells me that
this file is connected to your laptop's infrared abilities. If you
don't use infrared, then run msconfig and/or the Services applet in
Control Panel and turn it off on Startup. If you do use it, you'll need
to reinstall the related files.
