Using word fields in a created template.

I have created a very nice weekly lesson planner to use however I would like
to drop in dates automatically. The only dates I can seem to find in the
forms (Microsoft Word 2000) would be the current date, created date, or saved
date. I am working on mapping my curriculum for next year and would like to
start setting up basic time lines for the year, is there a field that will
automatically date my planner pages? I have it set up so that Monday -
Friday can be seen on one page and I would like to have it automatically date
the pages (for example: Aug. 23, 2009, Aug. 24 and so on).
