Using Word 2003 can't get in to retrieve documents

I am not very computer savy but here goes.. I have recently been having
problems with Word2003. When I go in to save a document or try and open a
document I keep getting a message saying that my request has been cancelled
due to restrictions on my computer. I have ran my antivirus several times and
have come up with no viruses. I do not have any restrictions or passwords
that I have placed on my computer. I have no idea what may be wrong! Thanks

For one possibility, see "You receive an error message when you try to open
or to save a file type that was blocked by your registry policy settings in
