Hi sorry I don't have an answer for you but I have the same problem and am
VERY frustrated. I have tried all the help suggestions and still am stuck.
Are you able to insert a reg. audio or game cd and listen to or play it?
cause I can't it says insert cd. Yet if I have a cd in the drive when I turn
on pc it says boot from cd so I know it knows somethings in the drive!!!
Please I beg you if you get any solution to this problem I would be indebted
to you if you could pass the info on to me. GOOD LUCK!!!!

HOPELESSLY FRUSTRATED!!!!

You would most probably get more answers to your problem if you posted
it as a seperate thread not as a follow up to some other thread.
