Using VGA cooler for chipset

I have the Biostar NF4UL-A9 mainboard. Have heard lots about
the cheap chipset HSF going out within months. I was wondering if
those ORB style coolers with the push-pin attachment would work? There
are lots of Titanium, and Crstal ORB coolers still around for cheap
prices. Chipset coolers I've seen usally use thermal tape, or adhesive
paste. I'd rather use the push-pin attachment.

You have a chance here. I know that chipset waterblocks work with GPUs,
and GPU waterblocks work with chipsets. I don't know about fan/heatsink
units though. The difference in the waterblocks are the angle of the barbs.
