Using USB Keyboard in BIOS?

I have a Shuttle AN35N Ultra motherboard and I recently got a USB keyboard
to replace my PS/2 one. The USB keyboard works everywhere except in the
BIOS menu.

I plugged in the PS/2 keyboard to check and see if the "USB Keyboard"
setting was enabled, and it was. But it still doesn't work.

Besides getting a USB->PS/2 adapter, is there anything else I can do?

enable 'legacy USB devices' in the bios....first obviously you need to use a PS2 to get there
