Using URL Address To Select A Web Site

Example: Typing "www.CNN.com" in the URL is not taking me
to the CNN Website.

Instead, I am being taken
to "http://search.findsall.info/apps/eps/eps.cgi?
cid=newn6CPZ&dp_lp=16&dp_p4pid=oingo_inclusion_xml_19&dp_fo
rmat=1.3&s=cnn&nnreq=7cbca4f97b7a32773e8b544f8ae9ae77&prt=N
N100

It appears to be a new browser. How did I get this? Who
does it belong to? If I would like to use my previous
one, can I? How?
