Question about windows xp

can you use a vga splitter at the video card ?

so you can use two monitors ?
Yes one monitor would be a dummy monitor in another part of the office
,while the 1st monitor would be the one that gets all the use.

If so do the monitors have to be the same ? cause once you plug the second
monitor in , it defaults to one monitor and blanks the other out.
