Using "Tools - Options" doesn't work

Selecting "Tools" from the menu bar brings up a list of
sub-menu items. All of the sub-menu items work except
for "Options". I coded some macros and tried doing
some .execute and .reset methods on "Options" - but it
didn't do anything.

Any ideas?

What happens when clicking Options? (Or is it grayed out?)

Something you may want to try is renaming your XLB file. (Search for *.XLB
on your machine and rename it to something other than *.XLB).
