Using TODAY, lookup and add values from a column

I have a worksheet which is like this below whic provides a headcount for a
particular day. The sheet stretches over 80 days....

CS01 Welder 4 4 5 3

CS03 Electrician 3 3 3 3

On another sheet I would like to have the today fromula up to munis 6 so
that I can have summarised data for one week. And this will also pull the
information from within the date column and update itself accordingly in line
with todays date and so on for the previous dates.

Is is possible to have a formula that will be constantly update and transfer
my required information on a daily basis?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
 
Do you add your latest data to column 83 and then delete the oldest
data from column C, or does the table just keep increasing in size?

And rather than use a different sheet, could you insert a new column C
and use that to show the total for the last seven days?
