Yep - and many have complained about this. It's a "known issue" or is "by
design" or whatever you like - don't have a clue whether this will be
changed at some point. I write only to tell you that no, you aren't
imagining things.
Thanks. Hopefully someone over there in Redmond will realize that when one of
THEIR tips is to use the Drafts folder to save "form letters" for later use,
that folks who follow this advice would like to be able to scroll through
them without having to open every bloody one...

-Properly back-up and restore your Outlook data
