Using Powerpoint for a class quiz

I am trying to figure out how to use powerpoint for my elementary class
quizzes. I have heard that you can have Powerpoint "grade" the quizzes.
When a child gets a correct answer, it goes to a correct page. When they get
the incorrect answer, it goes to a page with the correct answer. How does
this work?
