Using Popup with Forms

There are a lot of info on Popups with Queries and Reports but none with
Forms. Can anyone post how it's done?
 
Go into the form properties and right click. Go to the OTHER properties and
there will be a control for pop-up. Change to yes.
 
Right. But what I need to do is create a Dialog box (similar to the ones we
create for Reports) and use it for Forms, which can be used to filter
information on the form with some criteria.
