I have a pretty simple question. My parents use the same computer and they have their own email addresses. They want me to set outlook up so when they click send/receive their emails are delivered to their own seperate inbox. I have tried multiple accounts with multiple data files, but all incoming mail is delivered to the default folder then it has to be manually moved to the right inbox. I hope someone here can help? I am using Outlook 2003

Thanks for any help

Use separate e-mail profiles;
Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles

Or create separate users on the computer so everyone has their own Windows
settings

Tips of the month:
-Backup and Restore
-Create an Office XP CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 3

I thought that is what i will have to do, but i was hoping for something easier.

thank you

The other option is to use Wizard Rules to move the files when they arrive
(don't know why I forgot to mention that this morning :-S)
