using outlook connector

is there a way to configure o2007 such that specific mail recipients should
always be sent mail through the non-default (outlook connector/ hotmail)
e-mail account. I know you can select the ACCOUNT drop down and I do
that every day. But it would be nice if there were a way to setup a RULE so
that certain senders always receive e-mail through the (non default) account.

It is a frequent request and they are considering it. If it happens, I
expect that you'll be able to set a contact to use a specific account.
