Using Ntdsutil to change Directory restore password

I need to reset the Directory restore passwords to to all of my servers. I
wanted to get anyone's opinion on which command I should use.
 
Will the ntdsutil set dsrm password utility work on Win2k servers?

I guess it is also safe to assume that setpwd will not work on W2k3, is this
also correct? Also, thank you for your help. This has saved me a lot of time
testing.
