Using NotInList event for a combo box

No dice.

The behavior is the same as before. The "would you like to add the server
to the list" prompt just keeps on popping up when I hit the yes button. When
I push the no button, it goes away and ACCESS throws an error saying that the
item is not in the list. This time, however, the data is not recorded to the
table.

The database was originally on a mapped network drive, so I moved it to my
local drive, and the same behavior persisted. I assume the code worked for
you, why would it not work in this scenario? Mind-boggling (for me at least)

I have sent the modified database back to you via regular email... it works
just fine for me.

Yes, it's quite bizarre. The form works perfectly at home, on an XP
Pro/Access 2003 machine, wheras here at work it refuses to work properly on
an NT4/Access 2000 build. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this might
happen?

I have done very little work in ACCESS 2000, so I cannot provide a specific
suggestion. I'm not aware of anything in that code being "invalid" for
ACCESS 2000 version, though.
