Using Notes

Outlook 2003
I want to use Notes (or something equivalent) to manage small documents I
refer to often. The documents seem larger than Notes can handle, since I
cannot find a way to scroll Notes. The information, however, seems to be
there. Can I scroll Notes? If not, is the a substitute that will allow me to
handle larger documents? Thanks
 
Notes doesn't have a scrollbar but you can move up and down using the arrow
keys to move the cursor. You can also maximize the note window - double
click on the title bar to toggle the size or drag and edge to make it
bigger. Notes can hold at least 999 characters, depending on your pst
format. (The old pst format from outlook 2002 and older stops at 999. )
