Using Nero in XP

When using Nero Burning Rom in XP for some reason once a CD has finished
burning (audio) It says burning failed. But when I go to play the cd in my
stereo it seems to work fine. I don't get it? Its saying the CD didn't work,
but it did?

Did you try updating Nero?
