Outlook is installed on a laptop that uses Earthlink at the office and
RoadRunner at home. I want office mail through Earthlink going to office
desktop computer and laptop. I also want to be able to send email from laptop
both at office and home. I know I need to set up a new email account at home
and use Road Runner's SMPT address in order to send from home. But then I
will get both Earthlink and Road Runner downloading my Earthlink messages
twice. I can't select don't keep a copy on the server or it won't show up on
desktop computer at work too.

Any ideas how not to have it download at home twice? Should I set up
RoadRunner's email account with Road Runner POP3 even though I don't intend
to use it, and let the Earthlink account handle incoming and Road Runner
outgoing?

Remove the Road Runner account from the Send/Receive group.
