I am running Vista Home Premium on my laptop and desktop. I use Outlook 2007
on both systems. POP for email via Road Runner/Brighthouse Network. Is
there a way to have my email go to both systems. Currently it goes to which
ever one I launch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On one or both of the computers, select 'Leave mail on server' so it will be
available for the other. If you select both, choose "remove from server after
x days" so the server doesn't get clogged.

Thanks for the reply Mary,
This whole process is new to me. I don't quite understand how your
suggested process works. Can you give me a brief idea of how this works. If I
access my mail from the server does it still come into my in box when I open
Outlook on each computer.
Thanks again, Donna

Look at your account properties. The Advanced tab is where you'll find that
setting.

Yes. Normal POP client behavior is to download all messages, then delete
them from the server; this is what you're seeing currently, the messages go
to whichever machine you use to access them. "Leave a copy of mail on
server" does just that, the mail downloads, but is not deleted from the
server, so it's available for download by another computer. If you set both
machines this way, mail never gets deleted from the server and you'll wind
up running out of server room, hence the suggestion to set one machine to
"Remove mail from server after (xx) days".
