using LiveWeb on local html web pages???

I have been searching high and low for a solution to scroll down long
web pages inserted into powerpoint to no avail.
Shyam Pillai liveweb is great to do the job but how can I get it to do
the job from html on my computer instead of a url.
Is there any other solutions?
