Using Links to other word files with multiple pages

I'm trying to create a master document (Md) which consists solely of other
word documents (Cd).

I can successfully insert links to the files (Cd) within the master (Md),
but if one of the child documents has more than one page only the first page
will appear in the master.

I am using word 2007.

Use Insert/File (with the "link" option, if you need a link) instead of
Insert/Object.
