Using Internet Banking

I have been using internet banking service for my US$
account for couple of months without problem. I could
have accessed my account using both personal laptop or
office desktop computer. I have recently bought a
new laptop (Sony VAIO - VGN-A190) a superb machine, but I
cannot get icon for accessing internet US$ account on my
screen. The only page that opens up is Login window for
my GBP account.
The point is that the link I have used before both on my
desktop and laptop machines, to go to the bank's on line
page have worked. It still works on my desktop in the
office but, as I said, since I have gotten a new laptop
(Sony VAIO VGN-A190) the same link on my new laptop
opens different window from the one that I get on my
desktop (without four icons on a right side of the
screen). That is the reason that I cannot get to the
login page for my US$ account! I have Microsoft Internet
Explorer ver. 6.0 on my new laptop and Windows XP Home.
What could be the cause for that?
Please help.

Compare the security setting for IE on both machines. Make sure they are
the same on the laptop as on the machine that connects with no problems.
