Using IE as default browser

I tried a demo browser and now want to go back to IE as my default browser,
how is this done. Thanks
 
Hi,
From Internet Options> Programs, check the box "Internet Explorer should
check to see..." Close and re-open IE. When asked if you want to make IE the
default browser, click yes.

Also (Windows XP) Control Panel> add or remove programs> Set program access
and defaults, choose Microsoft Windows or make your choice in Custom.

Close IE and reopen it.
