Using Ghost 2003 to clone XP Pro

I have a 20GB HD with Win98 and 6GB IDE HD with WinXP Pro installed and dual boot (volume H:).
I want to clone WinXP to new 18GB ultra3 SCSI IBM HD with Ghost 2003.
Everything works fine.
Before restart I physically remove old 6GB drive.
WinXP starts with black screen and finaly hang on Winlogo. Any Idea?
